Over the years, an increased amount and complexity of components have been added to pre-engineered metal buildings to make up for the strength that has been removed from the main frames of the building. This has caused a significant increase in labour costs and construction time. Our hybrid structures add the weight back into the structure frames. This factor combined with our streamlined erection methods allow us to reduce labour costs and erection timeframes up to 30% that of standard pre-engineered building systems.

Our hybrid structures are designed with minimal added components for a cleaner and streamlined result. Designs are flexible and can be designed to work with the needs of your operation. Our systems can accommodate single or multi-story units, flat or sloped roof types, and can handle various wall types (e.g. concrete tilt up panels, masonry, insulated or single skin metal panels, precast panels, steel stud, curtain wall, etc.).

Steel is a desired construction material not only for its strength and durability, but also for its sustainable qualities. For each project, every piece of manufactured steel is designed and engineered to fit the structure minimizing steel waste onsite. Steel is 98% recyclable and its strength does not wear down over time therefore it can easily be repurposed for other projects. This resilient material, unlike many other building materials, does not require special treatment to prevent against mold, decay or insect infestation. It is unable to absorb moisture and therefore cannot host any bacteria that would compromise the well-being of the structure or those who inhabit it.
